lifeforce diet planThe Life Force Diet Plan, created by Jeffrey S. McCombs, DC, is a simple and effective approach that so many of my patients and others have used to rid their bodies of disease, illness and health concerns. It is a successful tool for detoxifying the body, re-establishing the normal flora of the tissues, and re-awakening the body’s innate ability to regulate, balance, and protect itself. It allows us to activate the endless life force potential that resides in every cell of our bodies.

Its somewhat seemingly miraculous results are achieved through a time-proven approach to reversing the ravaging effects that antibiotics have produced in our world today. Though antibiotics have a time and place, it is their overuse, misuse, abuse and general application that produces a devastating imbalance in the body.

The Life Force Diet Plan reverses and restores the regenerative, life-enhancing cycle of the body as the dominant cycle over the degenerative, "aging" cycle. It succeeds where other anti-candida diets have continuously failed, due to key fundamental insights. It also provides a way to balance the effects of antibiotics when their judicious use is necessary. It is not intended to be another "diet" as such, but rather a way to achieve better biofeedback from the body that will enable you to make better dietary choices that work for you. It is a "bridge" back to an optimal state of health for our bodies.

 

THE LIFE FORCE DIET PLAN

 

"YES" FOODS – All meats (except pork), vegetables, fruits (except oranges), eggs, brown rice, rice cakes (plain), Lundberg brown rice cereal (plain), tea, coffee. For cooking or salad dressing, we recommend using cold-pressed olive, apricot or almond oils (most other oils are toxic to the body). Seasonings include: Bragg’s Liquid Amino Acids, salt, pepper, etc. (as long as there are no sugars, yeast, or anything not allowed on the Plan.) We recommend naturally raised and organic foods.

"NO" FOODS – Anything not in the "YES" group is not on the Plan. This includes all sugars (malts, honey, syrups, etc.), yeast, dairy, all grains (except brown rice), dried fruit, fruit juices, sweet vegetable juices, nuts, legumes, popcorn, soy sauce, vinegar, alcohol, breads, pastas, chips, rice/soy milk, stevia, etc.

 

WATER – We recommend 1 quart of purified water per 50 lbs. of body weight per day. (e.g. 3 quarts of water per day if you weigh 150 lbs).

 

SUPPLEMENTS - Candida Force (available through our Online Store) - Take 5 capsules/3x/day between meals or at least 20 minutes away from food. Take the Candida Force for 8 weeks. You will need 4 bottles.

Detox Essentials (available through our Online Store) - Take 4 capsules/2x/day anytime but preferably away from the Candida Force. Take for the entire Plan. You will need 8 bottles

Flora Prime (available through our Online Store) - Take 5 capsules/2x/day, 20-30 minutes before meals. Take weeks 7-16. You will need 7 bottles.

 

SWEATING- The major detoxification organs of the body are the liver, lungs, GI tract and skin. Fungal Candida increases the toxicity of the entire body and thus overloads the detoxification system. Therefore, it becomes essential to detoxify the body through it’s largest detoxification organ – the skin. The sweating must be done! It is best to sweat 5-6 x/week (30-45 minute hot baths or 10-20 minute saunas) We recommend 1-2 cups of Masada Salts with baths to aid in detoxifying the body. Please note: If you fail to follow the sweating protocol, your body will experience what may look like a cold, sore throat, etc., due to it’s attempts to detoxify the body through already overloaded systems. THE SWEATING MUST BE DONE AS RECOMMENDED!!!

 

THE SCHEDULE - For best results, follow the this program as outlined for 16 weeks. Beginning with week 7, you will need to begin supplementing the Plan with Acidophilus capsules as follows:

Flora Prime Acidophilus (available through our Online Store) – 5 capsules/2x/day, 10-30 minutes before meals, take weeks 7-16. The acidophilus bacteria is needed to reestablish the normal tissue flora in the digestive tract and throughout the entire body. Taking acidophilus prior to the 6th week provides only symptomatic relief. There is no room for the acidophilus to establish itself and grow in the digestive tract until the 7th week due to the overabundance of fungal Candida.

Kill intestinal parasites. Beginning with WEEK 15, you may ADD BACK – Sugars. SWEAT

Destroy candida fungus. Beginning with WEEK 17, you may ADD BACK – Dairy. SWEAT

Use Lifeforce to improve your health. It may be necessary to delay adding sugars and dairy for a few additional weeks if your body is still sensitive to these foods. Listen to your body!

 

CLOSING REMARKS - The best way to approach The LifeForce Plan is by preparing large portions of meals in advance. Keep the appropriate foods and snacks handy. Remember your motto is "If in doubt, don't eat it" You will experience a great increase in health and vitality if you follow The LifeForce Plan!
